Douglas County families fight in courthouse after judge denies bond for alleged serial rapist

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. — A judge on Monday denied bond for a man accused of being a serial rapist, with some of his alleged crimes dating back decades.

Douglas County District Attorney Dalia Racine has said that DNA has linked Bobby Lee Hart Jr. to multiple sexual assaults, including some dating back to the 1990s.
