OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA (KOKH) — A woman is facing charges for driving under the influence and first-degree manslaughter after a crash involving a pedestrian on Sept. 4.
Oklahoma City Police responded around 9:20 p.m. near Southeast 44th Street and Sooner Road, where the driver, identified as Amy Pratt, told officers she had been speeding and ran a red light.
