LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KFOX14/CBS4) — A Fort Bliss soldier, Pvt. Ryder Scott was arrested last week by the Las Cruces Police Department on three charges, including aggravated battery during a domestic violence incident.
Fort Bliss confirmed the arrest on Monday, stating Scott, an “infantryman with the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, was arrested on September 6.”
Adding, “The 1st Armored Division is cooperating with the appropriate authorities as they conduct their investigation.”…
