The former Truman Early Childhood Education Center has been sold to a local nonprofit.
The Lafayette Parish School Board closed on a deal last week to sell the 12-acre property to SUN Community Housing Development Organization, a nonprofit spearheaded by former Councilman Chris Williams, Elifin Realty announced.
