SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The chief of the Shreveport Police Department is calling the recent arrest of three officers an embarrassment to the department.
On Monday, Sept. 8, KSLA sat down with Chief Wayne Smith to get his thoughts on the arrest of three of his own officers on malfeasance in office and theft charges.
