HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A major project will begin to replace existing street lights along Kapiolani Boulevard.
The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Design and Construction are leading the project from Ward Avenue to Piikoi Street with the goal to improve visibility and safety for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists along this major corridor.
The year-long project is scheduled to begin Monday, Sept. 15, and work will be conducted during the weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m…
