Major project along Kapiolani Boulevard to finish in 2026

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A major project will begin to replace existing street lights along Kapiolani Boulevard.

The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Design and Construction are leading the project from Ward Avenue to Piikoi Street with the goal to improve visibility and safety for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists along this major corridor.
