RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – Police are looking for a convicted murderer who escaped from a work detail.
Richmond County investigators state that 60-year-old Stacy Huggins didn’t return from work detail on September 4. His work detail site was stated to be 4337 Wilson Road in Hephzibah.
