The 1-year-old girl who was punched multiple times in the face and head in Melrose died on Friday, according to police.
The baby girl, now identified as Imani Mitchell, was found semi-conscious at 664 Union Ave. back on Aug. 28.
She was taken to the hospital where she was in critical condition…
