MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – DeAndre Brown, executive director of the Shelby County Office of Reentry and pastor for Lifeline to a Dying World Ministries, is dropping his lawsuit for gun privileges.
According to court documents, Brown is dismissing a lawsuit requesting to have his gun rights restored.
The former pastor is facing a 12-count indictment, including:
- 3 counts of property theft (over $250,000)
- 2 counts of property theft (between $60,000-$250,000)
- 2 counts of computer crime ($60,000 or more)
- 2 counts of computer crime (between $10,000-$60,000)
- 2 counts of money laundering
- official misconduct
