That sentiment rang true on a recent evening at Blue Bird Bistro, where about 15 of Bey’s closest friends gathered not just for music and food, but for a heartfelt celebration. Orchestrated by longtime friend Cliff Barnes, the evening was a way to honor Bey’s generosity, friendship, and his dedication to keeping jazz alive in downtown Fort Pierce.
