GRAND RAPIDS TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A trash fire made a mess Monday afternoon near Grand Rapids.
A pastor with Orchard View Church in Grand Rapids Township confirmed that a garbage truck emptied its load in the church parking lot Monday after noticing the trash had caught fire.
Video posted to the church’s Facebook page showed a large pile of trash. Part of it was smoking while other parts were engulfed in flames.
The Grand Rapids Township Fire Department responded to put out the fire. News 8 has reached out to get more details…
