ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Rockford City Market announces a new event to raise money for Carpenter’s Place, a local nonprofit.
The Rockford Chili Bowl will take place from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, October 18 at the City Market Pavilion.
