Motorcyclist pronounced dead at scene after three-vehicle crash in Boise

A motorcyclist died in a three-vehicle accident in South Boise on Monday morning.

A 49-year-old man was driving a Harley-Davidson motorcycle south on South Pleasant Valley Road at 6:59 a.m. when he collided with the back of a dump truck that was attempting to turn near the West Hollilynn Drive intersection, the Ada County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

“The motorcyclist landed in the oncoming northbound traffic lane, where he collided with a cement truck traveling in the northbound lane,” the sheriff’s office said…
