Nothing is more beloved than good NoCo gossip about what business is going into this business or that. And nothing has been gossiped about more than the presence of the massive Amazon facility built just east of I-25 in Loveland.
The building, located at 6425 Byrd Drive in Loveland, was initially slated to open in 2024, bringing with it roughly 1,000 new jobs to the area in what Amazon calls a “robotics fulfillment center,” where advanced automation along with human counterparts will process packages for presumably a large section of the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.
But the building looks as though it’s been finished for some time, without a soul ever walking through its doors, let alone any cars even parked in its lot. So what gives?…
