No charges filed three months after deadly shooting

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Three months after a man was shot and killed during a rally in downtown Salt Lake City, no one has been charged in the case, even though police know who pulled the trigger.

The victim, 40-year-old husband and father Afa Ah Loo, was shot and killed on June 14. 2News cameras captured the chaotic aftermath in the crowd.
