CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) — A Summerville man has been arrested and charged with the murder of a teenager who was found dead at a North Charleston home in May.
Javion Armonte Mitchell, 22, was arrested Sept. 8 in connection with the death of 19-year-old Cassisus Grays, according to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
