HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — The Evansville NAACP Indiana Education Committee is hosting a Town Hall meeting at Memorial Baptist Church Gym on September 11 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m..
According to the committee, the meeting is open to the public and is set to focus on the education reforms enacted by the Indiana General Assembly in July 2025. Confirmed panelists include Indiana Representative Alex Burton, EVSC Superintendent Darla Hoover, Indiana Senator Vaneta Becker, EVSC Board Member Rev. Melissa Morehead and EVSC Board President Karen Ragland.
