Using Google searches, social media messages and video surveillance, police this week charged three men in connection to 2020 killing of a 17-year-old-boy in York.
The Fourth of July shooting left Juan Rosario dead. He was shot around 12:22 a.m. and died less than an hour later, the York County Coroner’s Office determined.
