LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Residents at The Porter Apartments in Lansing are speaking out, saying they’ve faced major medical issues because of issues on the property.
Both elevators are currently out of service, with one being down for the past nine days. According to residents, the other elevator has been down for two months.
Many of the people who live in the complex are low income, elderly, and disabled. Some older residents say they’ve hurt themselves trying to take the trek up and down half a dozen flights of stairs…
