Hello! This is Florida. Many people are still moving here. I recently moved from South Florida. You should check out the traffic there. This is a piece of cake compared to the cities in South Florida.
There is hardly any available land left in the three southeastern counties. Hardly any open land at all. Just condo after condo all along the beaches and main roads. Take a visit there and then you will see what traffic and overdevelopment looks like…
