RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A Richmond man is facing a first-degree murder charge after a 64-year-old woman was found dead in an apartment during a welfare check in early July.
Just after 7:40 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to an apartment in the 1600 block of Rosecrest Avenue for a welfare check.
