RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The full performance schedule has been announced for the free 2nd Street Festival, which returns to Richmond’s Jackson Ward neighborhood in October.
The 2nd Street Festival will be held from Saturday, Oct. 4, through Sunday, Oct. 5, for its 37th year.
