NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Due to anticipated tidal flooding in the Norfolk area Tuesday and Wednesday, the City of Norfolk announced it will be opening up parking garages for residents.
According to the city, starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 9 through 5 p.m. on Wednesday Sept. 10, the York Street Garage, located at 215 York Street, will be available to residents in the area at no cost.
