Amarillo law enforcement ramps up security for 102nd Tri-State Fair & Rodeo event

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — One of the longest tenured annual events in the Texas Panhandle is preparing to get underway.

Nine days of food, fun and fellowship for the 102nd Tri-State Fair & Rodeo at the Potter County Fairgrounds in Amarillo.

“There’s all things to see and do, just a lot bang for your buck out here, whether it be the food court or the Midway, learning something over in the Rex Baxter Building, checking out a livestock show or a horse show event,” said Brady Ragland, CEO of Amarillo Tri State Exposition/Tri State Fair & Rodeo. “Visitors should enjoy attending a dancing in the dirt contest with this year’s performer, Randall King.”…
