ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. – A St. Louis man is facing burglary charges in both Missouri and Illinois for crimes committed over the past several weeks.
According to probable cause statements from the St. Charles County Police Department, the first theft occurred on Aug. 11 in the 200 block of Coachman Way in O’Fallon.
