Construction crews have broken ground on three major retail spots at Naples’ Waterside Shops. This marks the biggest changes since The Forbes Company acquired the open-air mall twenty years ago. RH, Williams Sonoma/Pottery Barn, and Eddie V’s Prime Seafood will anchor the new spaces.
“Since the rebirth of Waterside Shops in 2005, the Naples market has continued to emerge as one of Florida’s most vibrant retail and residential destinations,” said Nate Forbes, managing partner of The Forbes Company, according to Gulf Shore Business.
RH secured its building permit August 7. The 29,382-square-foot space will shine with six light-filled galleries. Glass-covered paths and open courtyards will connect the spaces.
