Pensacola residents indicted in multi-million dollar fraud scheme

PENSACOLA, Florida — Two Pensacola residents have been indicted in federal court on charges stemming from a multi-year scheme to defraud victims of millions of dollars.

66-year-old Salvatore John Carpanzano and 54-year-old Heather Gayle Fisher were both arrested on Aug. 5 and released from Santa Rosa County Jail on bond the next morning.
