MUSTANG, Okla. (KFOR) – Authorities are asking the public for help identifying an individual who is responsible for abandoning an animal at the Mustang Welfare Center.
According to police, the male in question (photos shown below) was seen driving a small BMW X3 SUV on the evening of 9.9.2025.
Mustang PD officials say the irresponsible act is a crime.
