BAKER CITY — A man was arrested and cleared by citation after an Oregon State Police Trooper outside Baker City clocked him driving on the freeway at speeds over 100 miles per hour with an unrestrained child onboard.
On September 5th, an OSP Trooper observed a vehicle on I-84 traveling eastbound at 103 miles per hour. Following a traffic stop, it was found that a small juvenile passenger was not restrained. The driver, identified as Diego Fernando Gomez Pinzon, 43, of Meridian, Idaho was criminally cited for the violation and released with a court date.
