A 27-year-old man is accused of causing a fatal crash in Pierce County after leaving a party intoxicated in April.
David Baltazar-Hicks, 27, has been charged with vehicular homicide, reckless endangerment and reckless driving for the April 26 crash, according to court documents. Breezy Brisbin, 21 of Puyallup, was killed in the crash.
Records show Baltazar-Hicks was arrested Tuesday morning on an arrest warrant. His arraignment has not yet been listed on his Pierce County Superior Court criminal case file.

On the day of the wreck, deputies were dispatched about 9 p.m. to eastbound 332nd Street South near Roy. Baltazar-Hicks was driving his 2008 Yamaha motorcycle “too fast to stop” at the T-intersection of state Route 507, charging documents say.
