The Galway man who allegedly made threats to the family of the United Healthcare CEO right after he was murdered can live at home with electronic monitoring.
A judge ruled Shane Daley of Galway must first complete his inpatient substance abuse treatment program. That’s expected to happen around September 16.
Prosecutors said Daly left four threatening voicemails on a work phone used by the family of Brian Thompson, who was shot and killed in Manhattan last December. Daley is charged with cyberstalking. His next court appearance has not been set…
