BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Birmingham police are investigating an overnight homicide on 4th Court West.
BPD confirms officers were called out to a home being broken into and a person shot around 11:50 p.m. Tuesday. Officers arrived to discover an adult man shot to death at the scene.
A preliminary investigation showed the man arrived at the home of a former friend and a fight occurred with another man who was already at the house.
