BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A hit-and-run crash claimed the life of a pedestrian in West Baltimore early Wednesday.
Police say that on September 10, approximately 3:30 a.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of North Fremont Avenue following reports of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle.
