COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Two men have been charged after trying to deliver contraband to prisoners with a drone.
Pharrell Rashawn Dobson, 21, of Bluffton, and Jaheim Dobson, 19, of Varnville operated a contraband-filled drone at Kershaw Correctional Institution and were arrested near the prison after a drone carrying a package crashed onto the prison yard.
