MARCY, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — New York State Police have identified the four people arrested on Tuesday, September 9 after a manhunt in Marcy.
Three of the suspects were not fully identified on Wednesday, September 10 due to their juvenile status — two were 18 years old, another was 17. All four suspects were from Utica.
