(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — A hiker was brought to safety by rescue crews early Monday morning, Sept. 8 after slipping approximately 300 feet on Cheyenne Mountain.
According to El Paso County Search and Rescue (EPCSAR), crews worked well into the night and early morning hours to rescue a hiker who became stuck on a cliff and unable to move after slipping approximately 300 feet.
