The Upstate will soon get a new pizza shop in King of Fire.
Starting in 2026, the pizzeria will enter the region as part of a six-franchise expansion deal. The business is targeting the Greenville, Spartanburg and Clemson markets.
King of Fire started as a mobile pizza truck founded by Food Network alum Siler Chapman in 2018. It opened its first brick-and-mortar in Charlotte in 2024. While the Upstate locations will not be the first in South Carolina, they will be the first outside its founding market. A location is on track to open in Indian Land, south of Charlotte, in spring or summer 2026…
