Four arrested after more than $1.1 million in meth seized at Decatur motel

MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – Four people were arrested after an investigation that led to the dismantling of a drug trafficking organization with ties to Mexico, Atlanta, and other states in the U.S.

During the operation, agents across several North Alabama law enforcement groups carried out search warrants at a hotel near Beltline Road and 6th Avenue in Decatur. Authorities said the location was identified as a narcotics transaction site.
