The event will take place in the field between the Administration Building and the Business and Computer Technology Center. The festival cordially invites students, faculty, staff, and community members to enjoy a celebration of Hispanic heritage, food, music, and traditions.
This event is free and open to the public and is being organized in part by the Texarkana College Hispanic Student Association.
