SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The scenery at Family Park in Sioux Falls makes it a perfect spot for a run, one reason Rachel Ortman’s family is hosting the 4th annual Rachel’s Race here again this weekend.
“We thought it might dwindle a little, but we’ve kind of just held steady with about 200 people that sign up for the race,” Rachel’s mom, Lana Hilgemann, said. “It’s the perfect amount.”
