PHILLIPSBURG, Nj. – Authorities say the suspect in the shooting death of a man in Phillipsburg is in custody.
Today, members of the United States Marshal’s Service NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force located and arrested 34-year-old James Dawes in Newark, New Jersey.
