AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – Charges have been dropped against one of two teenagers accused in the deadly Deans Bridge Road shooting back in August.
Vincent Carter Jr., 16, made an appearance in court on Thursday, Sept. 11 in the case of the shooting death of 14-year-old Deandre Howell last month. Vincent was hospitalized in the incident and was charged with Murder.
