BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — One person is dead and another is detained after a homicide in southwest Bakersfield Thursday morning.
Police responded to a call for service in the 12000 block of Tulane Park Place just before 10 a.m., according to officials. The victim is an 85-year-old woman, according to Bakersfield police.
