In a tragic case that has come to a close, Cincinnati man Desean Brown has been handed a life sentence without the possibility of parole after pleading guilty to the murders of Nyteisha Lattimore and her three-year-old son Nylo, the former was killed in her apartment, and the latter was thrown into the Ohio River, LOCAL12 reported. Prior to disposing of their bodies, investigators noted that Brown purchased a body bag online and used an Uber for transportation of Lattimore’s body, according to the same report.
Brown, 25, entered a guilty plea to two counts of aggravated murder before Judge Leah Dinkelacker, who found him guilty on both counts; remarkably, in exchange for this plea, the state dismissed other counts, including the death penalty, which prosecutors had originally sought, as well as gross abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence, as detailed by WLWT.
