WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The Winston-Salem Police Department will soon roll out black-and-white patrol vehicles as part of Chief William H. Penn Jr.’s plan to make the department a model agency.
The new design is professional, highly visible, cost-effective, and easily recognized by the community, police said.
