A Traverse City man accused of failing to pay taxes while receiving income from a black-market marijuana operation has been arraigned on felony charges.
John Cunningham, 55, was arraigned in the 54-A District Court in Lansing on Friday, Sept. 5, on two counts of filing a false or fraudulent income tax return, according to a news release from Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel. Each count carries a sentence of up to 5 years in prison.
