Cuomo hits the runway for a good cause: ‘The turn is the trick’

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Mayoral candidate Andrew Cuomo was among the politicians-turned-models hitting the runway at Style Across the Aisle’s bipartisan fashion show near City Hall on Wednesday evening.

The show, held on the eve of New York Fashion Week, was to support Witness to Mass Incarceration, which is “dedicated to fostering economic liberation for formerly incarcerated individuals (FIP), system-impacted persons, LGBTQ+ youth, women, and the migrant community.”

“They raised over $100,000, they said, and this goes to help young people start a new life, a new career, an apprenticeship, training as a designer,” Cuomo said. “It was a good night. It was a fun night”…
