SYRACUSE, N.Y. — On Wednesday, the Syracuse Police Department released a booking photo of a Syracuse City School District teacher who was charged with rape.
Syracuse Police charged Lansing Dimon, 54, with two counts of rape in the third degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Police said he had two sexual encounters with a 16-year-old boy in a span of 11 days earlier this year.
