Langston University police released body camera footage from July of a shootout between officers and a Stillwater murder suspect. The man has been charged with two murders and a shooting that left a woman critically injured.
Stillwater police said Theodore McCloud, 36, killed his girlfriend and then turned the gun on a couple living in the same apartment. The surviving victim was able to positively identify the shooter, who was later arrested in Langston.
