Lubbock police request help in August hit-and-run case

LUBBOCK, Texas— The Lubbock Police Department’s Major Crash Investigation Unit is asking for the public’s help with information in a hit-and-run that occurred in North Lubbock back in August.

LPD officials stated the hit and run occurred just after 12 a.m. on August 24, in an apartment parking lot in the 200 block of North Winston Avenue. The investigation also showed that a white Ford Mustang with a black hood backed into a red passenger car before driving away.
